The above Participation Charges arise from the rates which Kelburn Castle & Country Centre levies for the use of their facilities - Pavilion & Camping - and Entry Charges. The rates which Kelburn is charging the Organizers for the IRW include some reductions in their normal charges to the public, ie. at a special group rate for the event, but with no loss of access.
