Hm. The problem with this contracting lark is that you're expected to come up with things right away - which means no time for creative thinking stuff. Of course, it's my own fault for being on site, but never mind.
Things are moving slowly but it does tend to be the way that they always do at the beginning of things I do. I'm sure things'll get better as the week goes on - although it's almost over. Ah well.
Matthew cancelled France, which is frankly a bit poo. I mean, he didn't cancel the entire nation, just his seat in Mildred for the trip over. I'm a bit annoyed but it's due to immovable obstacles that just can't be moved. Which is why they're immovable. He'll fly over later in August but it does mean I have a free space so need to get out there and find some lush young boy to drape out of the passenger side window (given it's the only one that works!) and do things at péages for me.
The advantage of this is that I could theoretically now spend a few days in Paris en-route and see Jeremy for a couple of days. That said, I don't really fancy the idea of navigating through Paris but I'm sure it can't be that difficult.
Terri launched her new trading game thing today. Last time I looked was through the beta test stage so it's probably better now. I should log in and see, really. I feel a bit bad for having neglected it.
Kit Kat adverts. Fucking genius! Hare Krishna Daleks shouting "Love and peace! Love and peace!" Stroke of marvel, that. There are a few good adverts on the telly at the moment.
Long phone conversation with Toby about stuff. He's coming back in February for a little while so I can't wait to see him. I explained I'll be in New Zealand but I think we can get the trips to coincide quite easily.
Graham pointed me at a Czech-boy chat site which I've been frequenting on and off since the weekend. Very nice boys on there. I can't wait to see the real things!
