Got in to work slightly later because I'd come to the conclusion I could. I was here until 1am after all. Mildred had her exhaust done. The bloke showed me the old Cat which was indeed broken inside. Couldn't see the problem but shaking it make the same noise as when I drove her in. He could've thrown a marble in there for effect for all I know but never mind. Had a pleasant day at work of doing bits and pieces out of the ordinary. Wrote a PHP photo gallery script which was quite fun and did some CD burning and other stuff. Back to real work soon! Had a long chat with Geoff in the evening and it turns out that affection has another potential client. It's all quite heartening, really: my client list stands at 7. A bit annoying - the point of the getaway was to chill, really. Ah well - we'll see. In the evening, I went out for a drink and a bite to eat with Graham. He's all excited because he's off to Prague in a few weeks' time to work there for a while. We have promised each other reciprocal staying arrangements if the need takes us. I would like to go to Prague this year, although I'm running out of opportunities. | |||
