This is quite pretty. We're on a teeny weeny island just off the mainland and given it's evening here, it's all alight, glistening on the horizon. Fabby!

Managed to get a good sleep in on the plane, and I'm not feeling too sore or stiff either. Jon is looking absolutely shattered and reading OK! magazine to try and keep himself awake. Lots of pictures of a young Beckham keeping us amused.

The plane had a forward-facing camera which we could all see on our view screen thingies, meaning we could watch the landing process as we came in. That was quite cool, I thought. I watched "Taxi 2" just before we landed and I think it is a fab film. Bit of a Peugeot overload, thouqh.

I rang home to say "Hi!" Dad answered and I didn't chat long because after the sky-phone incident (oops!) I think my telephony bill will probably be rather huge. But never mind. When I get back I'll only have a month to wait before I can wire myself some more money.

I've smoked quite a bit but it makes me tired so that's a good thing. I've now got to try and stay awake for a few hours so that I can get another six hours' worth of sleep on the plane before we arrive in Sydney tomorrow morning.

I am really looking forward to seeing Toby again.
