As Philip was away I got to drive to la boulangerie by myself this morning to buy our chocolatines and croissants. I don't think I'll be thin any time now, to be honest, as there's just too much nice food.
Jamie and I went to Limoges in the afternoon and booked our tickets for Paris. We're going up on Saturday and then he's going home on Sunday and I'm staying in Paris until Monday lunchtime. I'll probably head round to see Jeremy at some stage. Tony wants me to shoot over to Quimper at some stage and visit. I shall do that soon, I'm sure.
I've bought a mobile phone. I am now a proud owner of a French Orange phone. It's a cutesie ickle pay as you go Nokia 3210 (I think) which seems quite nice. I've figured out how most of it works.
Today I have purchased breakfast, booked train tickets, booked a hotel and bought a phone - all in French. I am happy with that.
