Work comes on well. I'm there for about two more weeks so I'm hoping we'll get everything sorted once the client has sorted out their mind's eye ("I want more, um, well, fnumunumunum... See?") and given me some content. What's gone on so far is rather good though - even if I say so myself! Had lunch at Jon's. He's given me some CDs containing a mixture of things for work (some AI stuff that needs doing) and porn. Didn't get a chance to look but one of them contains the infamous Ste and MBK video which I once got bored and downloaded. I have booked Mildred in for a service later on in the month which will include fixing the driver's side electric window and doing a few other little bits and bobs. There'll be an MOT in there as well so that I don't have to come back early. Had American Express issue me with a new card since Jon dropped the last one into a pint of Kingfisher and the signature strip vanished. I'd also rubbed my name off it through over-use so it was time for a new one anyway. Boy from Saturday came out with me for a meal. We had a drink, a meal, then wandered to Jon's for gin before heading back to mine for rude things. He's a very engergetic and productive boy. Very pleasant. Hardly slept. | |||
