Today's mood: :-)

I woke up at about midday and then faffed around online for a while before arranging wtih Ed to go to Windsor in the afternoon with him and Nick. Had a shower and some breakfast then hopped in Mildred and belted up the M4 because I was running late.

Got there at about the same time as Nick and Ed and met up with them outside the castle (Queen was in) to get some lunch in Café Flo. Nick had very yummy Moules Marinieres which I wished I'd had once his arrived. I made do with soup of the day followed by the most scrummy Eggs Benedict I've had for a while. This might be something to do with the fact I've not had Eggs Benedict in ages, perhaps?

After eating, we just wandered around for a bit, looked at swans, had ice cream, hypothesised as to whether Prince William was home and where we could find his dirty underwear (and/or tissues), and took some photos.

I've not been to Windsor before, so it was quite cool. As a last minute thing on a Sunday it was alright, but I'd have preferred a slightly better day weather-wise. I'd like to take a wander round inside one day, but it's overly expensive (for tourists) so I really can't be bothered. I'd have a look around the bits you can do for free though - if there are any. The Chapel looks nice from the outside as well.

Ed took lots of photos with his new digital camera thingie. I took a couple with mine but nothing exciting. Just Ed and Nick infront of the palace gates and one of the castle itself.

Home in the evening to chill and do things like washing and stuff. Dead exciting.
