I think today's the first time in ages that I've not been to Ludlow when I've been back home. I don't know why - probably just because I didn't actually get around to doing anything sensible like arrange it, I guess. Hm. Oh well.

Peaceful day of doing very little. Watched some TV and caught up on the "League of Gentlemen Christmas Special" which Dad recorded for me last night. That was quite bizarre and Mum had a quick look but didn't keep at it. I think it would've been better if she'd have seen some others beforehand. Still - I thought it was quite good.

Took some photos in the afternoon with my new spanky camera. Mainly panoramic shots from the top of Big Orchard (imaginiative, farming families) which will hopefully look quite nice when developed. Drove Mildred very fast through the fields. I think she liked being butch and rugged and off-road.

Set up a new internet connection for Mum after Dad mucked up the last one. Remembered to clear her cache and history this time!

Stayed around quite late in the evening - later than I usually would. I left at about 9.30pm which meant I didn't get back here until about 11pm or so. It wasn't as bad on the roads as I thought (got a bit milder throughout the day) so I covered the distance quite quickly.
