I got back here a lot later than I'd originally planned simply because I had loads to finish up at work before I could do anything useful like go home! Still - things are looking good, I think. People certainly seem to think the new site is very pretty and better than the last one.

Bought Mum champagne and flowers for birthday. Hardly original but thought out as the champagne will be used at New Year when I'm not there - so hopefully a nice reminder.

Em came back from some party very drunk indeed. Quite amusing as she was incredibly red-eyed but maintained her sobriety, despite fantastic silliness and slurring. Student was a little coy in my presence and scuttled off to bed quite quickly. Em was intrigued where I'd taken him on Saturday and who the girl was he'd met. Little does she know.

Got mail from Dublin film-making Julie. I've made it into one episode, but we still don't have a transmission date. Eek!
