Today's mood: :-)

Cambridge

Woke up feeling remarkably good considering I only got a few hours' sleep. I guess seven hours is probably sufficient, actually.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous; it was a bright sunny day and the drive back was actually quite pleasant and uneventful. I was back in Newbury by around mid-afternoon and after a quick sojourn to Sainsbury's spent most of the rest of the afternoon drinking coffee, reading the paper, and generally chilling. Had some yummy salad and stuff. A very therapeutic lazy afternoon!

There was a chance of going to Reading in the evening to meet Ed at The Granby, but it didn't happen because neither of us had the organisational skills to get round to it and actually do it. I did chat with him for a while though, albeit with me being somewhat distracted by trynig to get kpilot working (which I managed). This whole Linux thing isn't as hard as it looks, although I don't really understand what I'm doing.

I shall be taking books to France.
