Today's mood: :-/

Countdown continues!!!! I can hardly wait now - and I'm shocked quite how quickly this whole trip has come about. I think I'll need to see Melanie before I go though as my neck is being a bit clunky.

I have been doing washing.

Found a bug in the ordering system - oops. Nothing too bad - it was just saying it was charging people VAT when it wasn't, but I've sorted that now and it all seems to be working nicely. Steve took a look and was disappointed at the lack of the $eep variable. Reassured him with $spooge and the prospect of $cooch.

There was a problem with the teeshirts so I had to drop the artwork around by hand. They should be ready for us to pick up by tomorrow hopefully - they will look good, I'm certain.

Dinner with Alan and Karen in the evening at Caffe Uno. That was incredibly pleasant and it was nice to see them both again for a sensible amount of time. The food was good (I'm going to balloon before Friday, I'm sure!) and afterwards we all headed round to theirs for coffee and the tail end of "The Matrix."

My DVD player is on loan to Alan and Karen whilst I'm away. Alan is trying to convince Karen so they've got "Meet Joe Black" so Karen can see how fantastic digital freeze frame is. And zoom, of course! Good for me as it's one less thing to get nicked whilst I'm away.

I have a spot coming. I have prepard sticky labels for my postcards to stop me from having to write them all out. I'm contemplating actually writing the text now and printing that on a label to put on the other side. Perhaps a multiple choice thing so I can tick categories? (Beer, partying, weather, scenery, shag rate... that kind of thing.)

Spoke with my solicitor about Friday. All seems pretty straightforward. Joy, rapture, bliss.

Little hockey player PJ was well up for it yesterday. Might entertain the idea when I get back from my holiday. If I can be bothered coming back, that is. No - I will. Really. I will.

I think I'm supposed to be climbing the Harbour Bridge. Eek!
